The team at Sierra Oxygen was so helpful in our time of need. While visiting Tahoe on a family vacation one of our son’s tanks would not open and we were not going to have enough oxygen support for our stay with the higher altitude. After a quick call to our doctor, we were able to pick up what was needed same day. We even received a personal text follow up from Ashley. After trying to work with a few businesses to help us in a desperate situation, Ashley and Sierra Oxygen were our angels and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our family trip!

Thank you, Sierra Oxygen Services...and everyone there...My Dads home concentrator stopped working and I was in a panic..I went down there and brought my Dads machine in to be fixed. We had no clue what was wrong with it..and we didn't have an appointment either and they still helped us. A very nice gentleman came out and took it inside and immediately knew what was wrong with it..In 10 minutes it was running perfect..I'm not sure what he did, but we brought it home and plugged it in and it works like a dream...All I can say is Thank You everyone from the ladies in the office to the gentleman that fixed it...I was amazed at their awesome service....My Dad will have all his

My oxygen unit was serviced this past week by a gentleman named Devon. This is the 2nd time Devon has come to my home to service this oxygen unit. I am writing to commend him for his professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and on-time scheduled arrival. I hope he continues to work with Sierra Oxygen for a long time because I feel he does an excellent job for them and I welcome his warm personality every time he comes. He has, in my opinion, gone over & above re-illustrating how to use the canister of oxygen if so needed and answered some questions I had forgotten answers to. I hope Devon will be recognized or compensated in some special way for his integrity and detail to his job. He is indeed an asset to your company and it shows!
