When can I come into the office for service or supplies?

– Our walk-in hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

When do I need an appointment?
  • When you need to be set up with a new CPAP, BIPAP, or get fitted for a new mask, please make an appointment with us. 

  • If you are having trouble with any of your equipment, it’s also best to call ahead so that we can help you over the phone at 775-884-1234 before coming into the office.

What Insurances does Sierra Oxygen Services take?
  • We take Medicare, Nevada Medicaid & QMB, and we are also contracted with select Medicare Advantage Plans. We also take most PPO Commercial Insurance plans. Please contact our Office to confirm. 

How can I pay my bill?
  • You can click here to register for our patient portal and pay your bill online

  • Call our office at 775-884-1234 ext. 4 to pay over the phone

  • Walk into our office anytime 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday

When can I get Oxygen tanks or supplies delivered?
  • Always request your oxygen tank delivery at least 24 hours in advance of when you need them. We have a weekly route that visits designated service areas throughout
